Work culture matters

At Traina, exceptional design comes first. And this wouldn’t be possible without our amazingly talented team consistently delivering quality creative and service. But it’s also important to recognize how important culture is. We know that happy employees work smarter, look for ways to improve their day-to-day tasks, are more successful, optimistic, and achieve more when they have a healthy work-life balance. Culture can directly influence a company’s well-being, so we make sure to embrace a fun, creative, open workspace that inspires us everyday.

We never miss an opportunity to celebrate. Every employee adds value to our studio, so we like to take time to give back. We celebrate birthdays, holidays and work anniversaries. It’s a great excuse to eat amazing deserts from our own resident baker, Kat, and for us to spend some quality time together before getting back to what we do best.

We have a great work environment. Lots of windows to let in the amazing San Diego sunshine, a beautifully decorated space, stunning wall art to keep the creative juices flowing, comfy seating, and of course, a foosball table. Good atmosphere + great design = inspired employees!

We’re pet friendly. We love our pets and there are many benefits to having animals in the workspace. Pets can relieve stress, increase productivity, boost employee relationships, promote creativity, and build a welcoming environment.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously… seriously. We have random philosophical debates, loud music, Photoshop contests, and a badass collection of Dunnies.








And yes, we have a storm trooper… don’t you?
