Traffic Manager

You are a detail-oriented, organized and seasoned traffic manager— a resourceful problem-solver with a can-do attitude. On any given day, dozens of new projects may need to be scheduled, routed, assigned or managed and you’ll be counted on to keep everything running smoothly, accurately and on-time amidst tight deadlines and ever-changing environments.


The Traffic Manager will work with agency leadership, account, strategy, creative, and development teams to ensure all deadlines are met. The Traffic Manager must have a thorough understanding of both digital and print production processes and will work closely with agency partners to coordinate production timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping internal records up-to-date.
  • Monitor, track, and communicate project activity, including workflows, deliverables, and budgets to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential complications.
  • Assist in leveraging resources to address changing priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with account managers, designers, developers and copywriters in coordinating internal creative reviews/approvals and the preparation of client deliverables.
  • Conduct weekly traffic meetings with internal teams to prioritize workloads and identify potential risks for active projects.
  • Drive quality assurance on all projects.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements by making recommendations on procedures, standards, and tools used by the agency.
  • Assist with project management of internal agency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Familiarity with project management software (WorkFront/Asana is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude and solid interpersonal skills.

Senior UX/UI Designer

You are fixated on creating rich, dynamic user experiences, and a portfolio to prove it. You have a great attitude, and a wide-ranging skill set. Your primary responsibility will be to create inspired brand experiences across various digital touch points, but you’ll also provide leadership and guidance to the interactive team. As part of that tight-knit team, you’ll be involved at all phases of the process, from strategy through launch, and you’ll have an opportunity to implement your vision across the entire UX.
